The objective of the High school program
is to prepare students for the university level in knowledge and
skill with minds that recognize the preeminence of the Lord Jesus
Christ in all matters; with hearts overflowing with awe of the
Creator as His magnificent creation is explored; with lives given
to following Christ and service to others.
Florida Bible
Christian High School's instructional grid is laid on the foundation
of a Christian worldview. Our vision is that students will know God,
understand themselves, and transform society for His glory. Students
face challenging studies in literature, mathematics, social sciences,
natural and life sciences, history, and biblical studies. In addition,
students will gain first-hand, practical understanding of their subjects
as they participate in inter-disciplinary field studies that use South
Florida's natural landscape as our classroom. Core courses are augmented
with strong programs in fine arts, practical arts, and computer technology.
Regular chapels, small-group Bible studies, guest speakers, and spiritual retreats
reinforce the importance of a meaningful life as a Christ-follower. A particularly
important component is the ministry practicum, in which students work outside
the school in service to others both locally and internationally.
