A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL:
Greetings Parents,
What a joy it is for me to send this letter of greet to you. It is exciting to be a part of the work of teachers and staff seeking to impart God’s truth while partnering with families who want to secure the assistance of these extraordinary educators and workers.
What’s different about Florida Bible Christian School?
Our children receive a first rate education grounded in and governed by the Word of God! Our graduates are equipped to complete and to excel with Godly character and a deep integrity in a world that needs these attributes.
Our students are provided Christian teachers with a significant and distinct advantage. Specifically, a teacher who is a follower of Jesus has access to the scriptures, perceives subjects and courses as “under” scripture and has powerful insights into the authority and nature of God. In short, FBCS will guide students to study in the Word and Truth of God and prepare them to explore the world God created.
We have a common faith in Christ. In I Corinthians 10, we recognize that we need to take our faith seriously; in other words, do what is beneficial and constructive! In I Thessalonians 5, we are exhorted to “test everything – hold onto the good!” this is what motivates and excites us, living for Christ while learning together. We are thankful for this community of learners dedicated to the Lord and committed with a unity of purpose.
Here at FBCS we continue to move forward and are excited about what the Lord has for us. As you are aware 2009 -2010 re-enrollment is on its way and we are moving “Forward by Faith” in order to keep the vision for excellence alive! In Hebrews 11: 6, the Apostle Paul states: “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” We in the secondary department at Florida Bible continue to move “forward by faith” we are committed to remaining steadfast in our mission to provide a distinctively, exceptional Christian education.
Please do not hesitate and contact Mrs. Betty Hardy, Director of Admissions, or me to discuss the many reasons Florida Bible Christian School would be a great community for you and your family. Let us remember to move “forward by faith” as the Lord will takes care of your family and continues to bless FBCS!
Thanks,
Tony Fajardo
PRINCIPAL'S PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY:
PROVERBS 11:1-9
These are the proverbs of King Solomon of Israel, David's son:
He wrote them to teach his people how to live--how to act in every circumstance, for he wanted them to be understanding, just and fair in everything they did. "I want to make the simple-minded wise!" he said. "I want to warn young men about some problems they will face. I want those already wise to become the wiser and become leaders by exploring the depths of meaning in these nuggets of truth."
How does a man become wise? The first step is to trust and reverence the Lord!
Only fools refuse to be taught. Listen to your father and mother what you learn from them will stand you in good stead; it will gain you many honors.
