Dearest Ladies,
I love being a woman!!
Don’t you?
Every woman looks different, has different personalities, different gifts, different talents, different callings and passions. I learn so much from meeting all of you. Each woman I meet teaches me something new that I can apply to my life.
As exciting and true as all that is, it is important to also recognize that every woman has different needs as well. The Women’s Ministry of FBC exists solely to meet your needs. You will find a variety of activities, programs, and Bible Studies to become involved with. I encourage you to find your nitch. There is plenty to choose from.
The invitation is also open for you to share your ideas. Women need to grow and I know there are always new and better ways of providing that opportunity for our women.
Our diversity does not create division. It is our strength. Let’s embrace it.
I look forward to hearing from you, serving with you, and growing in relationship with you and our Lord.

Bible Studies
Bible studies are available for all ages of women. Although each class has its own unique style and small group of women who attend, the goal is the same in all studies; to provide fertile soil through the sharing of the Word for each woman to plant themselves, grow and mature in Christ. A variety of topics focused specifically on women’s needs are facilitated in each class throughout the year. Transformational discipleship leads women into a life that reflects Christ through their thought, words, and actions.
Registration for all classes can be done by filling out the tear-off portion of your Sunday bulletin or calling the Small Groups Pastor at 954.431.6776 x 247.

MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers
MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers - is a program designed for mothers with children under school age. The women are all ages and backgrounds, but share the same desire - to be the best mothers they can be.
MOPS is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging, equipping and developing every mother of a preschooler to realize her potential as a woman, mother, and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.
MOPS Offers:
• A haven for soothing frazzled nerves & forming lifelong friendships.
• A quality children's program where little ones are loved & cared for.
• Teaching by an experienced mother who shares biblical truths & practical ways to fulfill the varied roles of mother, wife, and woman.
• Discussion groups in an encouraging, accepting atmosphere where moms can express their feelings on motherhood and marriage.
• An opportunity to complete a creative project that moms may not have the time or energy to attempt at home.

Nursery
Church at all ages is important. Children pick up habits early in life and what better way to establish the habit of attending church than from the cradle. The more comfortable a parent feels in allowing their child to spend time away from them the better they can enjoy the adult church service and grow in their walk with Jesus Christ.
Women are invited to serve in this special childcare ministry. The nursery is open on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and special occasions.

Women of Faith Conference
Patsy Clairmont, Nicole Johnson, Marilyn Meberg, Luci Swindoll, Sheila Walsh, and Thelma Wells are all names of women who share the platform at the Women of Faith Conference on an annual basis. The FBC women attend the conference in our area by registering early at group rate discounts and travel together. On some occasions, an over night stay in organized and additional “retreat” time is offered. Watch the bulletin for registration details.
