Biography
Dr. Boodram and his wife, Annette, come from a Hindu background. They both trusted Christ as Saviour at the age of sixteen. After high school graduation, the Lord called Birbal into the ministry. He graduated from Florida Bible College in Hollywood, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education. He then continued his education with a Masters and D. Min from North American School of Theology and a Th. D. from Solid Rock Theological Seminary.
Upon Birbal's graduation from FBC, they returned to the country where they had grown up and founded Kelly Community Bible Church and Trinidad Bible Institute, where he now serves as Pastor and President.
Dr. Boodram is also the Director, Coordinator and Professor of Solid Rock Theological Seminary Extension School in the Caribbean. Currently, 36 students are enrolled. Most are pastors and church leaders who desire to further their ministerial studies.
Dr. Boodram is a member of the American Association of Christian Counseling. He is married to Annette (1973) and they have two children - Tricia, 25 and Glen, 21, a son-in-law, Rishi, a grandson, James and a granddaughter, Gabrielle.
Over 25 years of fulltime service in the Lord's ministry has given them the opportunity to see many trust Christ as their Saviour. They have experienced being part of the process of the ongoing training of many of those. ..and of sending out fulltime ministers of the Gospel of Grace.
