Bill Boerop is Founder and President of World Thrust. World Thrust, Inc. was founded in 1984 as a ministry to help mobilize local churches for world evangelization. Bill has traveled extensively, teaching seminars to pastors and church leaders in North America and throughout the world. Currently there are World Thrust offices in South Africa, West Africa, the Caribbean and the USA.

World Thrust has four strategic avenues with which they fulfill their ministry's mission: Winning Strategies Seminars which shows how one church (large or small) can affect the world for Jesus Christ; Focus on the World Weekend which aids in developing a strategic, personalized, church-wide world missions ministry in a local church; Project Build Outreach which offers the local church the opportunity to become personally and strategically involved in world evangelization through hands-on participation; and Consultative Services which is an ongoing working relationship between World Thrust and a local church to provide the necessary tools and guidance for developing a personalized strategic and church-wide world missions ministry.

As a result of the increasing number of International invitations World Thrust International was formed and World Thrust, Inc. became World Thrust USA in 1997, under the leadership of Allan Graham. The World Thrust International office is located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is the base from which Bill and Joy Boerop operate. Bill and Joy continue to travel extensively and recently spent one year in South Africa to strengthen the World Thrust ministry there.

Local churches in countries like India, Malaysia, Philippines, Guyana and in other parts of the world continue to contact World Thrust to help them become sending bases as they desire to spread the Gospel throughout the world and fulfill the Great Commission. To meet this need World Thrust International is continuing to develop ministry centers and partnerships in additional areas to the ones mentioned above.
